A little over 3 weeks ago I went on a family holiday to Zante, while there we decided to hire quad bikes and jeeps and explore the small island. We came across some stunning sights and some devastating after effects of bush fires that were present during our stay on the Greek Island due to an extreme heat wave. The photo below is of my younger brother in front of a live bush fire in the distance, while exploring the island on quad bikes the temperature was over 40 degrees celsius.

I definitely recommend for anyone planning on traveling to any of the Greek Islands to hire some form of transport and explore the culture, try new foods and explore new beautiful lands that differ from your home terrain. Exploring Zante was definitely the highlight of the holiday for myself and finding little secret beaches were the water is so blue it merges into the sky something that is hard to capture on camera.
